West Coast Swing Workshops

Jennifer Lyons is a marvelous dancer from Rhode Island. She has been dancing since she was seven years old. In the beginning, her dances were just "rides" aboard the feet of leaders. Jennifer does not regard herself as a "natural", but as someone who has worked out every element of her dance the hard way. Perhaps that is what makes her such a great teacher. Jennifer has won many Advanced and All Star competitions, most notably the US Open All Star Jack & Jill in November, 2005. To see the video of that dance, click here. In the last few years, Jennifer has also danced at the champion level and has done well there too. Dancing with John Lindo, she won the CHAMPIONS Division at 2005 Boston Tea Party!!!
